DevHub Technologies is a technology and digital development company operating the website at https://devhub.it.com. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to DevHub Technologies.
Information you give us
The only information we actively collect is what you type into the project enquiry form. That is:
- Your name
- Your company or business name, if you provide one
- Your email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you provide one
- The service you are interested in and your indicated budget range
- The project description you write
Information collected automatically
When you submit the enquiry form we record the IP address and browser user-agent the submission came from. This is used only to rate-limit the form and to identify automated abuse. We do not build a profile from it.
Our web server keeps standard access logs, as almost all web servers do. These contain IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and user-agents, and are retained for operational and security purposes.
This site does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels or cross-site analytics.
How we use your information
We use the details you send us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to communicate about your project.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Service providers
Enquiries may be delivered to us through a third-party email provider, and this site is hosted on a virtual private server. These providers process the data only to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant — while we are in conversation, and for the duration of any project that follows. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under local data protection law, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server. We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you send us, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
